The Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park is located in Lok Ma Chau Loop. Batch 1A development includes two Wet-lab Enabled buildings, an InnoCell building and other ancillary facilities, due for completion in 2025.

The InnoCell building is a low-rise Talent Accommodation building (“Building 11”) of about 5,700m² GFA consisting of 100 units and supporting facilities (retail, dining & entertainment, carparking provisions and recreational facilities etc.), which will be constructed by Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) construction method.
