The Housing Society and the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 2002 to enter into a long-term strategic partnership for the implementation of urban renewal projects.  Under the MOU, the Housing Society will initially focus on seven projects, Wai Wai Road / Po On Road & Tonkin Street at Shamshuipo is one of them.  The development consists of 2 residential towers, 20-28 storeys, 327 units with basement carpark, retail area, GIC area, total GFA 21,200 sqm. 

The project awarded HK-BEAM, Certificate of Assessment – Platinum (2010)
