The project consists of a government health care centre and a subvented nursing home.

Services provided includes a 10 storeys general out-patient clinic; a student health centre; an integrated treatment centre for sexually transmitted diseases, skin diseases and AIDs and HIV patients (the Integrated Treatment Centre); an X-ray unit, and a 6 storeys nursing home facility called the Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Nursing Home.
