The New World First Bus Depot is located at Chai Wan which generates a total GFA of about 60,000 sqm.  The Development consists of bus fuelling, bus washing, maintenance facilities and management / engineering facilities.  The depot is anticipated to handle about 800 nos. of buses daily.
