The project is to re-develop ex-IVE campus into two special schools. Both schools were awarded by TWGHs in 2019, and has started operation as TWGHs Chi-Li Pao School in a temporary campus in Mong Kok since 2021.

The school section of the permanent campus will serve 300 students with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, and the boarding section will provide 80 places. The total GFA is 3,572 sqm, and is expected to be completed in 2026. 238 MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) modules will be employed for construction of the campus.
