This project is located at the southern end of Shekou Street in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, facing the coast and Hong Kong across the sea to the south, adjacent to the Western Corridor and Shenzhen Bay Port to the east, and near the Shekou Passenger Port to the west. It consists of three tower buildings above ground. Tower T1 serves as offices (approximately 60,340sqm) and a hotel (approximately 21,000sqm), with a height of 272m. Tower T2 is an apartment building (approximately 39,000sqm) with a height of 190m, and Tower T3 is another apartment building (approximately 34,000sqm) with a height of 160m. The podium houses commercial spaces and an oceanarium (approximately 22,550sqm), with a total above-ground area of about 176,000sqm and an underground area of about 92,000sqm, the total construction area of approximately 270,000sqm. The project commenced in 2017 and was completed at the end of 2022, bringing a new vibe to the Shekou area.
