This project is located on Tianmu West Road in Jing'an District, Shanghai (adjacent to the Shanghai Railway Station and Metro interchange), on the 8th plot of LOT 214. It includes the construction of 4 Towers, i.e., #2, #3, #4, and #5. This includes grade A office buildings and commercial spaces. Tower 2 has an area of about 28,000sqm (18 floors), Tower 3 about 35,000sqm (18 floors), Tower 4 about 3,700sqm (7 floors), and Tower 5 about 3,800sqm (4 floors). The commercial space is about 3,000sqm, and the underground parking is about 50,000sqm. The project commenced in 2017 and was completed in 2021, becoming a landmark building in the area.
