The site is located at the 16 Muk On Street and north east corner of the whole Kai Tak development adjacent to Kai Ching Estate, Tak Long Estate and De Novo.

Covering 32,300 sqm , the site is proximal to existing neighborhoods: San Po Kong, Ngau Chi Wan, and the distant Kowloon Bay and Kowloon City.

The site is part of the future Kai Tak City Centre which adjoins the future Sport Hub to the South and the Metro Park / Runway Precinct further south towards the harbor. The site also directly connects to the Kai Tak Station of the Tuen Ma Line.

The site contains flat areas, sports faculty including basketball court and is provided , while leisure recreational facilities including children play area, elderly fitness, covered walkways, thematic gardens, flower piazza, lawn valley and soft landscape
