It's redevelopment of grandstand with 3 storeys consist of an office, changing rooms, multi-function rooms, a semi-outdoor tennis court and a semi-outdoor beach volleyball court (Total CFA: 4946m²) and a new Training Pool Building with CFA 2200m².

The redevelopment will also provide various upgrade of existing area approximately 4,600m² - including Swimming Pool, golf driving range. The total number of seating of the grandstand is 1,065 (general seating + VIP room seating).
