The development is located at Tin Shui Wai, next to Wetland Park and Wetland Seasons Bay. The site area is about 8,608 sqm, and the total CFA is about 28,000 sqm.

As the joint campus of primary and secondary section, the 11-storey campus will carry about 1,500 students with various ancillary facilities, including indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, art gallery and studio etc.

This project is expected to be commenced in May 2023, and the expected completion date will be Apr 2027.
