The project of Pokfield Campus aims to redevelop the current site into a new landmark campus hub for providing state-of-the-art academic buildings, a university guest house, a premium residential complex as well as upgraded and expanded sports facilities. 

The new campus is proposed to include the New Academic Building (approx. GFA: 25,600 sqm), the New Administrative Building (approx. GFA: 14,800 sqm), the Re-provision of Sports Facilities (approx. GFA: 3,000 sqm) and the New University Scholars House (approx. GFA: 10,500 sqm).

The vision and mission of new campus are to create a new iconic campus hub for next decades with state-of-the-art academic, cultural, and sports facilities; To house HKU Business School as she aspires to be a world-class business school; To provide premium residential accommodation for scholars and guests to boost HKU’s competitiveness and international image; As a landmark on Pokfulam Road connecting the Centennial Campus and the Medical Campus.
