This HDB DBSS project is located at the center of Toa Payoh. It consists of 3 blocks of 40-storey, 2 blocks of 42-storey residential towers and 1 block of 7-storey car park. It has 1203 units of various types from 3-room to 5-room. Super high rise design standards were adopted to comply with SCDF requirement.  The M & E design was based on the standard requirement of HDB guidelines. All units are fully air- conditioned.
