The Data Centre is located in Shek Mun, Shatin with total GFA 40,000 sqm. The 2/F to 6/F are used as Data Centre. The G/F to 1/F and 7/F to 11/F are used as supporting facility and general office. The Data Center is based on Tier-2 design, and infrastructure allowable to future upgrade to Tier-3. Approximately 1,728 number of computer racks are allowed.

JRP was appointed to be the M&E engineering consultant for the project. Services include Utility connection, Electricity supply, Fire Services, Air-conditioning, Telecommunications, Building Management System (BMS), Security System, Co-location installation and Fit-out work for Data Center.
