A multi-storey data centre development designed to Uptime Institute Tier III.  The building comprises 8 levels of data hall of 1,000 sqm each accommodating 4,000 racks.  The total GFA is 21,184 sqm.  A CLP 132kV substation is provided within the development.  JRP is responsible for the MEP design and construction supervision.
