The Multipurpose Building comprises of Block A (GFA: approx. 13,292 sqm, 5 nos of storey) and Block B (GFA: approx. 7,425 sqm., 5 nos. of storey) with and a link bridge connecting two Blocks. Block A & B are to accommodate Maintenance workshops, Canteen, Offices and a Data Centre.

The Data Centre is located at 1/F of Block B. Usable Floor Area (UFA) of the Data Centre is approx. 470 m sq. which accommodate total 132 IT Racks (44 nos. of 20kW + 88nos. of 8kW  IT Racks).

The Data Centre is designed to comply with Uptime Institute Tier III standard.
