This development is located along Tengah Garden Avenue in the Garden District of Tengah town and next to the Promenade Park lining the Tengah Pond. The development comprises 18 residential blocks, ranging from 9 to 16 storeys in height. A total of 2,077 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats, with amenities/ facilities (such as childcare centres, elderly-related facilities, education centres, residents’ network centres, day activity centres, etc) and commercial facilities (such as shops and eating houses).
