A new general hospital with 700 beds. The total GFA for phase I is 105,100m2, consists of 1 no 23-storeys private hospital block and 1 no of 13-storeys public hospital block. A podium block of 4-storey for OT, ICU, specialist clinics and medical suites. Its comprehensive healthcare facilities include 12 operating theatres, delivery suites, ICU, CSSD, endoscopy, imaging department, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory and other supporting medical departments. Mechanical and electrical systems includes heating, air-conditioning system; heat pump system, boiler, power and lighting, ELV, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), emergency generators, medical gas, hot and cold water, sewerage treatment plant, OT cleanroom environment, radioactive waste discharge, special exhaust and fire protection systems.
