A podium block of 5-storey for OT, specialist clinics and medical suites. Its comprehensive healthcare facilities includes 12 operating theatres, 10 delivery suites, ICU, CCU, CSSD, endoscopy, imaging department, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory and other supporting medical departments. Mechanical and electrical systems includes ice storage air-conditioning system; heat pump system, boiler, power and lighting, ELV, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), emergency generators, Medical gas, hot and cold water, RO water, sewerage treatment plant, OT cleanroom environment, radioactive waste discharge, special exhaust and fire protection systems. The energy efficient features include the heat recovery system and solar water heating system.
