J Roger Preston Pte Ltd was the M&E Consultant for the high rise multi-tenanted building with soundstage, media production and offices facilities. This building was designed specifically to cater for the demands and requirements of the film industry. Of special importance was the requirements for excellent acoustics in order to allow filming to take place. Special features like iso-transformers were installed to minimise harmonics and flickering.  Fabric ductwork was used instead of the normal metal sheet ductwork. A standby generator was installed to provide power during instances of power outage.

The building has a GFA of about 24,000 m²
