Standing on the Civic Plaza at the northern gateway of Zhujiang New City, a renowned CBD in Guangzhou City, the Leatop Plaza development represents a key project for the completion of the “Gateway” at the North End of the central city axis of Zhujiang New Town.

The total GFA is 150,000sq.m. Leatop Plaza was granted Gold Precertification from the US Green Building Council (USGBC) as part of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
