This project is the redevelopment of Asian House by Chinachem Group. This new icon in Wanchai features an eye-catching tower rises above the podium with the core as its sole support, gradually flaring out to form the main tower body.

This Grade A Office Building stands 21 storeys tall with approximately 315,000 sq.ft of GFA. The first three floors are dedicated to retail shops, restaurant and a post office.
