The Nanjing IFC is located at the Nanjing new central district. The tallest building in the project is 290m height, the construction area is 250,000 sqm and the total GFA is 316,000 sqm. It comprises of commercial office tower (90,000 sqm), hotel (30,000 sqm), service office (2 Towers, 90,000sqm), commercial podium (40,000sqm) & underground area (120,000 sqm).
