The project total area is about 84,000 sqm. The total construction area is 1,200,000 sqm. It will comprise of 5 star hotel, A-grade commercial offices, international commercial centre, etc.

The total investment is expected to be 80 billion. The tallest building will be of 40 meters high with 90 storeys.
