It is the planning of Hongkong Land to demolish the existing 3,900 sqm. three storey Forum of the Exchange Square and redevelop a new modern building in the same site with construction area of around 6,000 sqm.

The new Forum will become another iconic building of Hongkong Land in Central and will provide 4,500 sqm. office accommodation.  The new building will be sustainable, energy efficient, reliable and provided with comprehensive E&M system including the latest communication infrastructure.
