Kowloon Station Development Package 7 is named International Commerce Centre (ICC). The 490-metre 118-floor ICC skyscraper is Hong Kong's tallest and the third tallest in the world.

ICC is the core of SHKP's Kowloon Station Development Packages 5, 6 & 7 project, which comprises about 500,000 sqm. of grade-A offices, two six-star hotels, luxury residences, serviced apartments and retail space.

The ICC project awarded HK-BEAM, Certificate of Assessment – Platinum (2011); QBA-Wuality Excellence Award (2012); QBA- Certificate of Grand Award in Non-Residential (New Building) Category (2012); QBA- Quality Building Services Engineer Award (2012); GBA- Finalist in New Building Category (Completed Building) (2012); AIIB- Intelliteng Building of Year (2011).
