This building has over 35,000 sqm. of usable office space and a total floor area (including car parking and sports facility of over 70,000 sqm). Block 1, the smaller building is at the top of the site and Block 2, the larger, combining the special facilities of the Authority is located at the lower end.  They are connected by a full-height, glazed atrium and the 2 blocks are joined at each floor above ground level by walkways over the atrium.
