The development has a GFA of 32,500 sqm. and comprises two office towers with a central entrance column and a wing-shaped roof.  The twin tower houses the headquarters of Dragonair and CNAC respectively.  The development also includes a crew training centre.  This centre groups all training activities for both cockpit and cabin crew together, including the airline’s first flight simulator.  The office towers also house a swimming pool, a cafeteria and other recreational facilities.  For the lower ground floor, there are plant rooms, car parking, warehouse facilities, loading bay, building main tenance workshops and office space, with vertical connections to the buildings above.
