The project is a redevelopment of Kwong On Bank Headquarters at Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.  The site area is 562 sqm and the building has a gross floor area of 8,426 sqm, over 85% of which is occupied by the Bank and the remaining area was leased out.  The development consists of 19 levels of office floors with banking facilities, staff training Centre and offices sitting on a 3 level podium with two basements.
