Ping An IFC is a 599 metre building with 115 storeys, the mixed-use development housing office space (319,600 sqm), a high-end retail center, restaurants, International Conference Center and public observation deck. The total GFA is about 460,000 sqm.

Upon completion, the tower will be Shenzhen’s tallest building and the iconic centre of its burgeoning Futian CBD.
