Pazhou Development is a mixed-use complex in Guangzhou and the complex is divided into two separate sites.

The site for PZB 1301 contains multiple levels of exhibition spaces, supported by retail and food and beverage.  In the basement there is a direct connection to the subway station.  Above the podium is the Exhibition Space Office Tower.  The total construction area is 131,000 sqm.

The site for PZB 1401 is connected to PZB 1301 through an extension of the subway station tunnel in the basement as well as a pedestrian bridge connection at the second level.  The site contains a 500 module, 5-star hotel and supported by retail and food and beverage, a grand 60 metre atrium, which is surrounded by the hotel rooms of the tower.  The total construction area is 169,300 sqm.
