There is approximately 5,000 sqm of ground floor area shared by the 39-storey office tower and podium.  The original podium was turned into a 6 storey mall offering 19,000 sqm of total floor area and housing retail shops and restaurants. 

The retail area was expanding from existing 6-storey arcade to 15-floors, offering added space for dining, clubbing and leisure activities.
