The Lee Theatre Plaza has two bell towers.  The smaller, from ground level, sits over the low-rise, front section of the building.  The second sits at the 22-storey 132m high main structure, which rears up steeply.  It houses the lift motor room, water tanks and service area.

The Lee Theatre Plaza has a small cinema on the fifth floor.  The two-level basement houses a food court and shops.  Sincere department store occupies the whole of the 6,812 sqm podium floor and the remaining 20 floors (GFA 22,338sqm) are filled with furniture stores.
