Ritz-Carlton Hotel

The Kowloon Station Ritz-Carlton rose to 490m in a new landmark tower named International Commerce Centre (ICC), making it the highest hotel in the world the project completed in 2009.

The new hotel has occupied the top 15 floors of an over 118-storey tower. The development included mixed-use of residential flats, offices, retail space, a hotel and service apartments.

 

The Cullinan, The HarbourView Place & W Hotel Hotel Tower

The Hotel Tower is of 37 storeys guest floors (including 22 storeys W Hotel guest floors, 15 storeys Suite Hotel guest floors) with total GFA approximately 56,331sqm providing 725 guestrooms.  The Service Apartment is of 20 storeys domestic floors resting on top of the Hotel Tower with total GFA approximately 13,502sqm providing 65 rooms totally.

W Hong Kong features 399 deluxe rooms, W signature restaurants, a dazzling rooftop bar, destination spa and health club, indoor/outdoor pool, and extensive meeting facilities.
