Modern Terminals Ltd (MTL) appointed J Roger Preston Ltd to design the building services for its expansion of port/container facilities in Kwai Chung.  MTL’s work includes high and low voltage distribution systems, high mast floodlighting, cabling to the transtainers and quay cranes and building services to the administration and ancillary buildings.
