The project was developed by Henderson Land Group. It was located at the junction between Gloucester Road and Marsh Road in Wanchai of Hong Kong Island, which is a convenient and densely populated district of commercial and residential mixed use.

The Gloucester is a high-rise tower private residential development, a typical urban renewal project scale in Hong Kong. The development, of about 160m high with 41 storeys , 177 residential units, a 2-storey Skyclub with Aquarium-style Indoor Heated SkyPool and Gymnasium at 43/F and 45/F and a podium garden with Mini Lawn Bowling Court at 3/F.

The project implements an Environmental Passive Green Building Design to respect the local context, reduce the environmental load and enhance the living quality in Life Cycle perspective. Project site area is 1,073sqm. GFA is 10,588sqm.

The project entered the GBA Finalist (New Building Category) 2012.
