This residential and commercial development is located in Ngau Chi Wan with total GFA of 200,975 sqm. The development will consist of 5 towers, each tower consists of 50-60 storeys.

Besides of residential towers, the project will also include construction of 6 levels of podium floors with residential clubhouse, retail space, cinema, F&B area, supermarket, kindergarten and care home for elderly, as well as 4 levels of basement which consists of retail space, car park and MTR connection.

The existing historic building onground shall be retained and revitalized to be an museum.

JRP was appointed for the full M&E services from design to construction of the entire development.
