Peak One is located atop Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. It is being developed in three phases with a plot ratio of only 0.9 and primarily low-density, mid-rise towers to offer luxury living and a high level of privacy.

Peak One is the first phase with 412 units in eight towers. Low-density mid-rise buildings will make up the bulk of the project. The low plot ratio and private road will offer residents maximum privacy. Besides, the developer has invested $400 million to build a new road that connects directly to Route 8. Facilities include swimming pool, (outdoor and indoor),gym, game room, music room, computer room, BBQ area, banquet area and so on.
