The site area of this project is approximately 10 lakh (1,000,000) square feet at Mumbai, which is adjacent to the existing Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai Phase 1.  The project is to develop an iconic landmark building in Mumbai and will complement the current Four Seasons Hotel Phase 1 Hotel.

The overall building height is about 355m consists of 71 stories including 2 levels of basement carpark, plant room and BOH area. This project is a mixed use development, which the building consists of four main functions, namely: Office, 5-Star Hotel, Deluxe Service Apartment and Luxury Condominium.
