Kowloon Station Development Package 7 is named International Commerce Centre (ICC). The 490-metre 118-floor ICC skyscraper is Hong Kong's tallest and the third tallest in the world.

ICC is the core of SHKP's Kowloon Station Development Packages 5, 6 & 7 project, which comprises about 500,000 sqm of grade-A offices, two six-star hotels, luxury residences, serviced apartments and retail space.

The ICC project awarded HK-BEAM, Certificate of Assessment – Platinum (2011).
