The project is a cultural and performance complex building with a CFA of 48,600 sqm to serve as a hub for theatrical, dance performance & community events across 5 different districts, namely Kwun Tong, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon City, Sai Kung and future Kai Tak area.

It will comprise of two high standard well-equipped stage facilities and acoustic control 2-level auditoriums with 1,200 and 600 seats, drama/music lab/rehearsal studio rooms, restaurant, coffee shops, office and landscaped plaza, etc. to cater for theatrical and dance performances and rehearsal as well as to provide an environment conducive for the development of culture and arts.  State-of-the-art engineering systems will be provided with an aim to optimise the energy use whilst maintaining total flexibility for the dynamic environments.
