Students who have been undergone an internship programme in JRP will be given a priority to be recruited as graduate trainee or assistant engineer after they graduate from university or vocational education institute.

This program allows a final-year IVE student to develop competence and ability to undertake and complete a project of work. It is offered to IVE students studying a Higher Diploma course in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. Upon the completion of the 4-month training in JRP, a student will meet one of requirements to achieve the qualification of Higher Diploma. Based on a student’s good performance during the training period, the Company will decide to recruit the student as Assistant Engineer following the completion of the training.
