The new headquarters for Dragonair and China National Aviation Corporation islocated on the eastern headland of the Airport Island. The development has a GFA of 32,500 sqm and will have two office towers with a central entrance column and a wing-shaped roof. The two towers will house the headquarters of Dragonair and CNAC respectively. The development also includes a crew training centre. This centre will group all trainning activities for both cockpit and cabin crew together, including the airline’s first flight simulator. The office towers also house a swimming pool, a cafeteria and other recreationalfacilities. For the lower ground floor, there are plant rooms, car parking, warehouse facilities, loading bay, building maintenance workshops and office space, with vertical connections to the buildings above.
