Hong Kong Media Production Company Limited (HKMPCL), a subsidiary company of Hong Kong Television Network Limited (Former: City Telecom (HK) Ltd.), intends to build a multimedia production & distribution centre (MPDC) with broadcasting and editing facilities, information hubs and ancillary offices at Hong Kong Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (TKOIE).

The development composed of 3 buildings at site, namely Media Tower, Work Area and Studio Block. The total GFA for this project is about 40,732 sqm. JRP is responsible for MEP design of the entire project.
