The Wachovia Bank offices co-located most of their business units for front of house and back of house into AIG Tower and City Plaza IV, Taikoo Shing respectively.  For AIG Tower, it comprised approximately 1,500 sqm of office space spanning across 1.5 floors (22-23/F) including comms room and trading floor.  For City Plaza IV, it comprised approximately 6,000 sqm of office space spanning across 3 floors (3, 7 & 8/F) including comms room and providing approximately 600 seats.
